Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee. Every paid FreelanceFlow Kit product comes with a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If it's not the right fit, we'll refund you — no hard feelings.
Paid products
If you purchased a paid product (such as Pro or the Pro Bundle) through Gumroad and it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just email us and include your Gumroad receipt or order details.
How to request a refund
- Email contact@freelanceflowkit.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your Gumroad receipt or the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order.
- We'll confirm and process your refund through Gumroad. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
You don't need to give a detailed reason — but if something wasn't working as expected, we'd love to hear it so we can improve.
Free product
The free Lite version costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If you have trouble downloading or opening it, email us and we'll help you get set up.
After 14 days
Because our products are instantly downloadable digital files, refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase fall outside this guarantee. Even so, if something isn't working as described, reach out — we want you to have a product that works.
